The Air Conditioner Control Knob allows you to shift the rotary switch to pick which cooling and fan modes you prefer. This piece is sold individually, in a light gray shade, and fits a D-shaped shaft. Simply pull the old knob directly off its post to remove it, and snap the new part in its place. Measures about 1-in dia. Remove the old knob by pulling it straight off its post.
