Step 1: Turn off the power to the dishwasher and disconnect it from the power source.
Step 2: Open up the access panel. You will need to unscrew the screws securing the panel in place.
Step 3: Remove the old Bosch 00298547 RAIL. Carefully unscrew the screws that are holding the rail in place. Once it is free, you can easily lift the rail out of its current position.
Step 4: Place the new Bosch 00298547 RAIL into the hole in the dishwasher. To keep the rail stable and secure, screw the bolts back in.
Step 5: Close the access panel and make sure the screws are tightened properly.
Step 6: Reconnect the dishwasher to the power source and turn the power back on.
Step 7: Test the new Bosch 00298547 RAIL to make sure it is working correctly.
