Description
Halogen bulb kit works with some Dacor models of range vent hoods.
Step 1: Unplug the Samsung Range Hood from the electrical outlet.
Step 2: Remove the lamp cover located at the top of the hood by turning the two screws that hold the cover in place a quarter turn counterclockwise.
Step 3: Remove the Halogen bulb from the range hood by grasping the base of the bulb and gently pulling it out.
Step 4: Install the new DE81-04001A replacement halogen bulb by inserting the base into the socket, then turning it a quarter turn clockwise to secure it in place.
Step 5: Put the lamp cover back onto the top of the range hood and secure it with the screws by turning them a quarter turn clockwise.
Step 6: Plug the Samsung Range Hood back in to the electrical outlet and replace any vent ducting that was disconnected when the lamp cover was removed.
Step 7: Turn on the power and test the Range Hood to ensure the bulb is functioning properly.
