Instructions for Replacing Samsung DE81-05657A SVC-HINGE KIT 30 SERVICE

Tools Needed:

• Phillips screwdriver

• Pliers

• Flathead screwdriver

• Replacement Samsung DE81-05657A SVC-HINGE KIT 30 SERVICE

Instructions:

1. Locate and remove the screws on the back of the door panel with a Phillips screwdriver.

2. Carefully lift the door panel off the hinges.

3. Disconnect the wires connecting the hinge to the door panel and set aside.

4. Use a flathead screwdriver to loosen the screws on the hinge.

5. Unscrew the hinge from the cabinet and discard the old hinge.

6. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the new hinge and attach it to the cabinet.

7. Secure the new hinge to the cabinet by tightening the screws.

8. Reconnect the wires to the new hinge.

9. Place the door panel back onto the hinges and secure them with the Phillips screws.

10. Test the door panel to check that it is securely attached.
