DE81-06408A Samsung Controller Board

1. Fully power off your Samsung DE81-06408A SVC-BOARD CONTROLLER by unplugging the power cable from the back of the appliance.

2. Open the top cover of the device and remove the existing SVC-Board Controller.

3. Unscrew any cables connected to the SVC-Board Controller, ensuring to note down their locations for later.

4. Carefully remove all other components from the board as well such as screws, fan, heat sink and thermal paste.

5. Place the new SVC-Board Controller onto the receiving ports on the device and screw it into place.

6. Reconnect any cables that were removed previously to their corresponding ports.

7. Make sure to apply thermal paste onto the heat sink before re-attaching it to the SVC-Board.

8. Replace the top cover of the device and plug the power cable back into the power outlet.

9. Turn on the appliance and check if the SVC-Board is functioning correctly.
