1. First, unplug your Samsung refrigerator from the electrical outlet.
2. Locate and open the lower back wall of your refrigerator. You can do this by removing a few screws that hold it in place.
3. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the thermal fuse defrost sensor assembly. The fuse should be located near the top of the back wall of your refrigerator, just below the evaporator fan motor.
4. Disconnect the wires from the old thermal fuse defrost sensor assembly and discard it.
5. Plug the new DA47-00301D Samsung Refrigerator Thermal Fuse Defrost Sensor Assembly into the same area you removed the old one from.
6. Reattach the wires to the new thermal fuse defrost sensor assembly.
7. Secure the new DA47-00301D Samsung Refrigerator Thermal Fuse Defrost Sensor Assembly with the screws that you removed earlier.
8. Reattach the lower back wall of your refrigerator.
9. Plug the refrigerator back into the electrical outlet and your Samsung refrigerator is now all set.
