Broan Nutone Bath Fan Motor Assembly. With Motor, Fan Blade, Bracket.

For use with Broan 650 exhaust fans and fits H600 housings. Replaces 99080059.

Note: this will replace the F675, resulting in a slight decrease in the CFM.

Note: this is a 50 CFM unit and you can upgrade to 70 CFM with a F675 motor assembly. Please note that the 70 CFM will be noisier (please consider this before upgrading).

Uses 9-1/2" x 9-1/2" grille (10880266) Sold separately.
