Step-by-Step Guide to Replacing a 5304485917 Frigidaire Washer Shock Absorber, Air, Stabilizer
1. Unplug the washer from the wall outlet and shut off the water supply valves for the washer.
2. With the help of a helper, tilt the washer back onto the rear legs and remove the screws from the bottom access panel at the back and side of the washer.
3. Pull the panel off from the back of the washer to expose the shock absorber, air and stabilizer unit.
4. Unscrew the mounting bolts and detach the old shock absorber, air, and stabilizer unit.
5. Attach the new 5304485917 Frigidaire Washer Shock Absorber, Air, Stabilizer using the original mounting bolts.
6. Reattach the access panel to the back and side of the washer.
7. Plug the washer back into the wall outlet and turn on the water supply valves.
8. Finally, test the new shock absorber, air, and stabilizer unit to check if it is working properly.
